Here are the tips for securing your next job:

  • Don’t show up as if you are attending a costume party
  • Make a good impression, dress smart
  • Wear a tailored suit
  • Your hair must be tidy, neat and clean
  • You must have a clean face and fingernails
  • Wear comfortable closed-toe shoes
  • Dark coloured socks to match your trousers
  • A small light weight briefcase to hold your resume or CV is a necessity
  • Find out the dress code of the organisation if unsure
  • Show up on time at the right venue, plan your journey!
  • *Your belt and shoes should always match*

Optional:

  • Wear small and concealed jewellery (a watch and wedding ring) if you have to wear one
